अन्न हे पूर्णब्रम्ह वदनी कवळ घेता नाम घ्या श्रीहरीचे।
सहज हवन होते नाम घेता फुकाचे।
जीवन करी जिवीत्त्वा अन्न हे पूर्णब्रह्म।
उदरभरण नोहे जाणिजे यज्ञकर्म॥
“We have considered food as a complete Bramhan (one who has power of Creation) and consuming food is a Yagya. Yagya is performed for success, progress, happiness, knowledge, health, wealth as well as education and contentment. Only the right food can give us those many results. But we are not aware of this advanced and perfect dietary system.”
